I love this time of year with couples planning weddings. The love and excitement creates the beginning of a great story to tell through photos. The details and intricate planning is exciting.

Often times while I enjoy taking photos of people I get great pleasure photographing the natural surroundings of mother nature and all of her beauty.  Waterfalls, streams, sunsets, sunrise, etc. are all things that if captured at the right time can be captivating photos.  I love the depths of mountains and valleys and cornfields are my favorite.  I think these settings allow me to focus, to get lost in the elements and its theuraputic! Just like telephone booths, it appears advertising by way of billboards ontop of buildings is no longer prime time for advertisements.  I recall taking road trips and seeing these huge billboards on the sides of buildings. It seems now advertisements are on moving vehicles, cell phones, and yes social media like facebook, twitter, Instagram, Flickr, etc. Technology truly amazes me. The use of hash tags and truly understanding social media is key to a thriving business in this modern day. You can reach such a broad vast of people across continents! What's the price of this technology?
